Smartpay is a company listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange (“NZSE:SPY”), and is in the business of providing integrated electronic services to merchant customers.
FE Securities Limited, a company related to FE Investments, was the arranger in a rights issue for Smartpay. The proceeds from the rights issue were used to retire debt and to provide working capital for the company’s activities.

South Pacific Books was established in 1984 and carved a niche as an importer and distributor in the New Zealand book market, independent from any one publisher.
